At Préfleuri International Alpine School, boarding is more than a place to stay it’s a place to belong. Here in the Swiss Alps, children from around the world find a home away from home in a warm, family-style community.

Each pupil is welcomed into a caring environment that encourages independence, friendship, and respect for others. Our bilingual primary boarding school combines high academic standards with a deep respect for childhood. We believe that learning continues long after the bell rings through nature, play, discovery, and shared experiences.

Préfleuri’s chalet-style campus, surrounded by forests and meadows, creates the perfect balance between structure and freedom. Our boarders live in small groups, cared for by dedicated house parents who ensure every child feels secure, valued, and understood. With small class sizes and a focus on individual attention, we help each child grow in confidence and curiosity, at their own rhythm.
